Executive Coaching
You worked hard to get to where you are and are finally there. You're high-achieving, successful, respected...but also just a little bit lonely. Now that you're here, it doesn't always feel like you know what you're doing. It would be great to have someone you could confide in, but you also don't want to do anything to damage the reputation you've built. That's where I come in.
What You Can Expect
Safety
Your time at work is probably a lot of things. Fast-paced, high-intensity, stimulating, rewarding...but it might not always feel safe. Our time together is an opportunity to slow down and reflect with someone who's #1 priority is to hold space for you.
discretion
A benefit of working with a mental health counselor as your coach is that I understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion. You can feel comfortable knowing that what we discuss will always stay right in the (digital) room with the two of us.
Collaboration
My coaching style is less sage-on-the-stage and more guide-by-your-side. I want to serve as a thought and conversation partner to help you work things out. That way you can have the benefit of teamwork but know that ultimately, you're the thing I'm invested in.
Problem solving
My version of coaching means jumping into the trenches with you. We'll work together to ideate, brainstorm, and figure things out. I believe in actionable results and finding a solution that you feel comfortable with endorsing and bringing to your team.
when you Need more Time, Reflection, or Support...
...coaching can be a great option.
